This is a while suite of backend functionality, it has a free tier and is not expensive if you have to scale up. See the console : console_firebase , or the cordova docs : cordova_firebase

Note that firebase has a built in http server, but don't expect too much from it.

firebase serve does not handle all login request locally, you still need external connections for that

It just serves your html pages, you cannot build a exhaustive test with it. For mocking functionality please look at unittest_firebase
